摘 要:建立玉米粉中戊唑醇残留基体标准物质的研制方法。选用新鲜玉米籽粒,经过粉碎、初次冷冻干燥、复溶加标、一次混匀、二次冷冻干燥、粉碎、研磨、过筛、二次混匀、均匀性初检、分装,制得一批玉米粉中戊唑醇基体标准物质。采用液相色谱-串联质谱测定,外标法定量,经均匀性和稳定性检验后,8家应用型实验室对其联合定值,并对不确定度进行评估。通过定值和不确定度评估得到玉米粉中戊唑醇残留基体标准物质的特性量值为0.432 mg/kg。,扩展不确定度为0.0302 mg/kg,该基体标准物质均匀性良好,可稳定保存至少26周。通过该方法制备的基体标准物质具有良好的均匀性与稳定性,为玉米粉中戊唑醇检测的方法开发、质量控制和实验室能力验证提供参考。The preparation method of matrix reference material for tebuconazole residue in corn flour was established.Fresh corn kernels were selected,a batch of residual matrix reference material of pentazolol in corn meal was prepared through crushing,primary freeze-drying,remelting and labeling,primary mixing,secondary freeze-drying,crushing,grinding,screening,secondary mixing,initial inspection of homogeneity and packaging.It was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.After the homogeneity and stability test,8 applied laboratories jointly determined the value and evaluated the uncertainty.Through the evaluation of the fixed value and uncertainty,the characteristic value of the residual matrix reference material of pentazolol in corn meal was 0.432 mg/kg,and the extended uncertainty was 0.0302 mg/kg.The matrix reference material had good uniformity and could be stably stored for at least 26 weeks.The matrix reference material prepared by this method had good uniformity and stability,providing reference for the method development,quality control and laboratory capability verification of the detection of pentazolol in corn meal.
