摘  要:教育部工科化学基础课程虚拟教研室是由10余所高校近百余名教师组成的虚拟教研组织,并随着其运行与发展,已扩展到涵盖18所高校近200名高校教师。为推进高校之间的交流合作和资源共享,改善传统实体教研室的不足与发展限制,通过“线上+线下”结合的教师教研模式,共建优制资源,开展教学研究,共同打造教师教学发展共同体和质量文化,全面提升教师教学能力。The Virtual Teaching and Research Platform for Basic Engineering Chemistry Courses,established under the Ministry of Education,is a collaborative virtual organization comprising more than 10 universities and nearly 100 educators.Over time,it has expanded its reach to include 18 universities and close to 200 university educators.To facilitate communication,collaboration,and the sharing of resources among universities,and to overcome the limitations and constraints of traditional physical teaching and research sections,this virtual teaching and research platform has adopted a blended approach,combining online and offline methods for teaching and research.Its primary objectives include the collaborative development of high-quality educational resources,conducting research on teaching methods,nurturing a community of educators for professional growth,and promoting a culture of excellence,all aimed at significantly enhancing the teaching abilities of educators.
