摘　　要：青岛农业大学化学与药学院构建了“育、管、查、练”四位一体的实验室安全体系。一“育”:即“多层级、多渠道、多样性、多层次、全程化”推进实验室安全教育;二“管”:指“定人、定岗、定责、定章”管控实验室安全,并突出重点环节管控;三“查”:即“全员性、全时段、全要素、全覆盖”推进实验室安全检查常态化、制度化;四“练”:指强化演练模拟,提升安全防范及应急处变能力。“育、管、查、练”四位一体,多点齐抓、多维共建,保障了实验室的安全运行,并为高校化学实验室安全管理提供了有益借鉴。The College of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Qingdao Agricultural University built a four-inone laboratory safety system on“education,management,examination,and practice”.For the education aspect,we proposed a“multi-branched institution,multi-channel,diversified,multi-level,whole-process”system to promote laboratory safety education.The management defined the responsible person,positions,responsibilities,and regulations to promote laboratory safety control and emphasize on the management of key parts of the laboratory.We follow the fore aspects of“all members,full time,total factor,full coverage”to promote the normalization and institutionalization of laboratory safety inspections.In practice,the teachers and students were guided to pay attention to simulation drills and constantly improve their safety prevention abilities.Thus,we established a four-in-one laboratory safety system on“education,management,examination,practice”,which effectively ensures safe laboratory practices and can provide a useful reference for the safe management of chemical laboratories in universities.
