摘 要:在工程专业认证背景下,高校课程改革是人才培养的核心要素。以成功导向教育(Outcome based education,OBE)为教学改革理念,改进并优化的课程内容,提升学生知识能力、技能和德育为培养目标。以“食品安全与卫生学”为例,根据教学内容分别采用Seminar教学、互联网+、案例教学+情景模拟和仿真实习的教学手段,打造四维一体的混合教学模式,科学设定课程考核评价体系,满足面向新工科食品专业人才培养和工程专业认证要求,为培养食品专业应用型人才提供优质的共享课程。College curriculum reform is the core element of talent cultivation under the background of engineering specialty certification.Take OBE as the teaching reform idea,improve and optimize the course content of Food Safety and Hygiene,enhance students'knowledge ability,skills and moral education as the cultivation objective.This course group adopted seminar teaching,Internet+,case teaching+scenario simulation and simulation practice teaching means according to the teaching content,to create a four-dimensional and integration blended teaching mode,scientifically set the course assessment and evaluation system,to meet the requirements of new engineering food specialty training and engineering specialty certification.To provide high-quality shared courses for the cultivation of application-oriented talents in food specialy.
