摘  要:近年来,创新创业教育越来越受到关注和重视,对高校人才培养的影响越来越大。实践教学是食品质量与安全(食安)专业人才培养的关键环节,是学生创新创业能力培养的有效途径,高校食安专业需要构建适于本专业特点的实践创新创业教育体系,保障自身人才培养质量。本文以宜宾学院食安专业的实践课程教学为例,以学生的专业实践能力、创新能力、创业潜能培养为重点,思考构建食安专业“四维联动、三级进阶、双线并行”的实践教学体系。In recent years,innovative entrepreneurship education has received more and more attention and has had a significant impact on talent cultivation in higher education.Practical teaching is a key link in the cultivation of talent in the field of food quality and safety(food safety),and it is an effective way to cultivate students’innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.Universities that offer food safety majors need to construct practical and innovative entrepreneurship education systems that are suitable for the characteristics of their majors,in order to ensure the quality of their own talent cultivation.Taking the practical course teaching of food safety majors at Yibin university as an example,this paper focuses on the cultivation of students’professional practical abilities,innovative abilities,and entrepreneurial potential,and proposes the construction of a“four-dimensional linkage,three-level advancement,dual-line parallel”practical teaching system for food safety majors.
