摘  要:为进一步推进公立医院高质量发展,持续提升医疗服务质量和效率,结合基于DRG的绩效考核评价标准,探索能够反映临床医师医疗业绩量化评价的基本思路、内容框架及注意事项。选取能够反映临床医师岗位特点的门诊、住院、手术、DRG、CMI等关键绩效指标,根据临床医师不同岗位工作性质进行分类,构建临床医师医疗业绩量化评价指标体系。通过对某医院2022年临床医师医疗业绩量化评价指标的实际应用,分析该评价体系对调动临床医师工作积极性和促进临床医疗工作的成效,为医院人力资源精细化管理提供了客观依据,对提升医院医疗服务与医疗质量起到促进作用。Objectives To further promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of medical services,combined with the performance evaluation standards based on DRG,this article explores the basic ideas,content framework,and considerations of reflecting clinical physicians'medical performance in a quantitative evaluation system.Select key performance indicators such as outpatient,inpatient,surgery,DRG,CMI that can reflect the characteristics of clinical physicians'positions,classify them according to the nature of different job positions of clinical physicians,and construct a quantitative evaluation index system for clinical physicians'medical performance.Through the practical application of the quantitative evaluation index system for clinicians'medical performance in a hospital in 2022,this article analyzes the effectiveness of this evaluation system in motivating clinicians'work enthusiasm and promoting clinical medical work,providing an objective basis for fine management of hospital human resources,and promoting the improvement of hospital medical services and quality.
