摘 要:目的探讨基于互联网+的翻转课堂教学模式在内分泌科临床教学中的应用,进而改善教学效果。方法选取2020年1月1日-2021年12月31日某院2018级、2019级在院学生93名,分别为对照组45人(2018级学生),观察组48人(2019级学生)。对照组运用常规传统带教模式,观察组应用基于互联网+模式下的翻转课堂教学法进行教学。于课程结束后比较两组学生理论考核成绩、教学效果评价以及对教学的满意度调查问卷。结果观察组理论考试成绩、线上作业成绩均高于对照组,分别为(65.72±3.26)分和(26.43±2.18)分,(58.27±4.71)和(21.17±2.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学效果评价及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网+的翻转课堂临床教学方法,有助于丰富课程内容,提高学生自主学习能力,改善教学效果。Objectives This study aims to explore the application of the flipped classroom teaching model based on Internet+in the clinical teaching of endocrinology,so as to improve the teaching effect.Methods From January 1,2020 to December 31,2021,93 students of Grade 2018 and Grade 2019 in Luhe Hospital were selected,including 45 students(grade 2018)in the control group and 48 students(grade 2019)in the observation group.The control group used the conventional traditional teaching mode,and the observation group applied the flipped classroom teaching method based on the Internet+mode for teaching.After the course,the theoretical assessment scores,teaching effect evaluation,and teaching satisfaction questionnaires were compared between the two groups of students.Results The theoretical test scores and online homework scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,which were(65.72±3.26)points and(26.43±2.18)points,(58.27±4.71)and(21.17±2.35)points,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect evaluation and satisfaction of the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical teaching method of flipped classroom based on Internet+helps to enrich the course content,improve students'independent learning ability and improve the teaching effect.
