摘 要:目的为了更好的推动以学生为中心的教育教学改革,探讨将BOPPPS教学模式联合微信平台应用于妇产科临床教学的应用效果。方法2020年9月1日-2022年1月31日某医科大学医院2017级及2018级5+3一体化医学生共128人,其中2017级学生为对照组,共63人,2018级学生为观察组,共65人。观察组应用BOPPPS教学模式联合微信平台教学,对照组采用传统多媒体式教学,课程结束后,进行临床理论和技能操作考试及问卷调查,并对考试成绩进行独立样本t检验;对调查问卷结果进行χ2检验,P<0.05具有统计学意义,比较两组的差异。结果观察组总成绩(93.20±0.66)分,高于对照组成绩(83.20±1.36)分,技能操作和临床理论成绩分别是(45.60±0.51)和(47.80±0.37)分;观察组病例分析成绩为(28.84±1.01)分;病史采集、妇科体格检查和产科体格检查,诊疗思维及手术基本操作的考试成绩分别为(9.88±0.97)分、(9.32±0.60)分、(9.43±0.52)分、(9.05±2.98)分、(9.30±0.68)分,与对照组比较,除选择题外,其余均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示观察组学生对BOPPPS联合微信平台教学方式的满意度为96.92%,而对照组学生对传统多媒体授课方式的满意度为82.54%,两者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的大部分学生认为采用BOPPPS教学模式联合微信平台的授课方式可以激发学生学习兴趣,增强学生自主学习能力、活跃课堂气氛、提高团队协作能力和沟通能力,但花费精力多,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用BOPPPS教学模式联合微信平台教学方式有利于提高教学质量,无论是操作技能还是临床理论成绩都有所提高,并且可提高学生对于课堂教学的满意度,值得在临床上应用。Objectives In order to better promote the reform of student-centered education and teaching,this study aims to investigate the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode combined with WeChat platform to clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 128 long-term clinical students of grade 2017 and grade 2018 in a hospital of a medical university From September 1,2020 to January 31,2022 were divided into an observation group and a control group.Among them,the 2017 grade students were in the control group,a total of 63 people,and the 2018 grade students were in the observation group,a total of 65 people.The observation group used BOPPPS teaching mode combined with WeChat platform teaching,and the control group used traditional multimedia teaching.After the course was over,clinical theory and skill operation examinations and questionnaire surveys were conducted,and independent sample t-tests were conducted on the examination results.Theχ2 test was performed on the results of the questionnaire,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant to compare the differences between the two groups.Results The total score of the observation group(93.20±0.66)was higher than that of the control group(83.20±1.36).The scores of skill operation and clinical theory were(45.60±0.51)and(47.80±0.37)respectively.The case analysis score of the observation group was(28.84±1.01)points.The test scores of medical history collection,gynecological physical examination and obstetrical physical examination,diagnosis and treatment thinking,and basic operation were(9.88±0.97),(9.32±0.60),(9.43±0.52),(9.05±2.98),(9.30±0.68)points.Compared with the control group,except for the multiple-choice questions,the others were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction of the students in the observation group with the teaching method of BOPPPS combined with WeChat platform was 96.92%,while that of the students
