摘  要:以初一孤儿学生为研究对象,运用多种积极心理干预技术设计初一孤儿学生品格优势教育课程方案,通过心理健康教育课程实施教育干预,旨在促进孤儿初中生识别并运用自身品格优势,增强心理健康。通过实验班、控制班前后测准实验设计和课后作业质性分析检验干预效果。结果表明:品格优势教育课程教学提升了初一孤儿学生的“慎行”“领导者”“洞察力”3种品格优势特质水平,且干预效果具有持续性;提升了“好奇心”“坚毅勇敢”“好学”3种品格优势特质和总体品格优势水平,但其干预效果表现出了延迟性;在“升华自我”“公正合作”“仁善”3种品格优势特质上,只有在部分孤儿学生身上显现出了干预效果。同时,该课程的教学也促进了孤儿学生心理健康状况的改善,他们的抑郁水平持续降低、生活满意度水平有所提升。Taking the first grade of orphan middle school students as the subjects,using a variety of positive psychological intervention techniques,the research developed a character strengths education course scheme and took the mental health education course as the way to carry out the educational intervention.The research purpose is to improve the orphan middle school students identify and use their chara cter strengths,at the same time,enhance their mental health.The effect of educational intervention was tested by pretest and post test design of experimental group and control group,and the qualitative analysis of after class homework also to test the effect of educational intervention.The results showed that the educational curriculum teaching of character strength can improve prudence,leader and insight of orphan students in the first grade of middle school,and the effect of intervention is sustainable;it improved curio sity,bravery and persistence,studiousness and total character strength of orphan students in the first grade of middle school,but the effect of intervention shows delayed;only some orphan students showed the effect of intervention on the traits of self sublimation,fair corporation and humanity.In addition,the educational intervention curriculum teaching of character strength also improved mental health of orphan students their depression level continued to decrease and their life satisfaction level improved.
