摘 要:以Xhu-panda纯电动方程式赛车的双横臂悬架系统为研究对象,在满足中国大学生方程式大赛的规则下,使用ADAMS/view建立双横臂悬架的二自由度1/4动力学模型,对建立的悬架系统动力学模型进行仿真验证,并通过分析灵敏度报告来优化悬架系统硬点参数,使其具有更合适的四轮参数角。设计出的纯电动方程式赛车双横臂悬架能够使赛车在以较高的速度过弯时具备良好操纵稳定性,降低赛车事故的发生率。Taking the double crossarm suspension system of Xhu-panda pure Formula Electric racing car as the research object,the two-degree-of-freedom 1/4 dynamics model of double crossarm suspension was established by using ADAMS/view under the rules of Chinese Formula University Student competition,and the established suspension system dynamics model was simulated and verified.By analyzing the sensitivity report,the hard point parameters of the suspension system were optimized to make it have a more appropriate four-wheel parameter angle.The designed double crossarm suspension of pure Formula Eracing car can make the car have good handling stability when passing corners at higher speed and reduce the incidence of racing accidents.
