德国跨企业培训中心数字化转型:背景、路径与启示

摘　　要：“工业4.0”计划给德国人力资源结构、行业岗位标准、企业人才需求带来深刻变革。为满足行业对新型数字化人才的需求,德国启动了跨企业培训中心数字化项目,基于政策引导和资金支持,通过数字化环境升级改造、数字化职业教育方案开发测试、职业师资数字化教学能力提升等系列举措,促进德国职业教育的数字化转型。我国正处于职业教育深入实施数字化战略行动的关键时期,通过分析德国跨企业培训中心数字化转型的做法和经验,可为我国相关政策的顶层设计、资金的合理分配、数字化教学模式的升级、师资的长效培养等方面提供启示和建议。The Industry 4.0 Plan has brought profound changes to Germany’s human resource structure,industry post standards and enterprise talent demand.In order to meet the demand of the industry for new digital talents,Germany has launched the inter-enterprise vocational education center digital project.Based on policy guidance and financial support,Germany has promoted the digital transformation of vocational education through a series of initiatives such as upgrading the digital environment,developing and testing digital vocational education programs,and improving the digital teaching ability of vocational teachers.China is in the critical period of the transformation and upgrading of vocational education informatization.By analyzing the practices and experiences of Germany’s inter-enterprise vocational education center in the digital transformation,it is hoped to provide inspiration and suggestions for the top-level design of relevant policies,the rational distribution of funds,the upgrading of digital teaching mode,and the long-term training of teachers in China.
