我国农业绿色发展政策演进的三重逻辑

摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着工业化、城镇化进程的快速推进,农业发展取得举世瞩目的成就,但资源环境也付出惨重代价。为推进农业的可持续发展,我国陆续颁布出台多项促进农业绿色发展的政策,这些政策的演进历程遵循历史、理论和现实三重逻辑。从历史逻辑来看,农业绿色发展政策随着党对生态环境保护的认识和理念的不断深化而发展变化。从理论逻辑来看,农业绿色发展演变的历程,是马克思主义基本原理与中国特色社会主义经济发展实践相结合的过程。从现实逻辑来看,新时代农业发展面临的问题和核心任务是我国农业绿色发展政策的现实关切。该文从三重逻辑入手分析,旨在为我国农业绿色发展提供参考。Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid progress of industrialization and urbanization,agricultural development has made remarkable achievements,but the resources and environment have also paid a heavy price.In order to promote the sustainable development of agriculture,China has promulgated a number of policies to promote the green development of agriculture.The evolution of these policies follows the triple logic of history,theory and reality.From the perspective of historical logic,the agricultural green development policy develops and changes with the deepening of the Party's understanding and concept of ecological environment protection.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the process of green development and evolution of agriculture is a process of combining the basic principles of Marxism with the practice of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of realistic logic,the problems and core tasks facing agricultural development in the new era are the realistic concern of China's agricultural green development policy.This paper analyses the triple logic in order to provide reference for the green development of agriculture in China.
