摘　　要：福建老区高校多数尚不具有硕士学位授予权,研究生联合培养是持续提升福建老区高校办学水平和人才供给质量的一种有效途径。然而,福建老区高校在研究生联合培养方面存在招生难、管理难、产出难的问题。对此,应当创新联合培养模式,通过研究生联合培养工作体系的落实、研究生联合培养质量保障体系的落实、研究生联合培养支撑引领效果的落实等途径,持续推动联合培养研究生高质量发展。Most colleges and universities in the old areas of Fujian do not yet have the right to grant master's degrees,and joint cultivation of postgraduate students is an effective way to continuously improve the level of education and the quality of talent supply in colleges and universities in the old areas of Fujian.However,there are problems of difficult enrollment,management and output in the joint cultivation of postgraduates in universities in old areas of Fujian.In this regard,the joint cultivation mode should be innovated to continuously promote the high-quality development of joint graduate students through the implementation of the work system of joint graduate training,the implementation of the quality guarantee system of joint graduate training,and the implementation of the supporting and leading effect of joint graduate training.
