摘 要:产出导向法是具有中国特色的教学理论与实践体系,其内涵包括:教学理念、教学假设和教学流程的指导思想。论文分析了“领队英语”课程特点,确定了课程目标,运用产出导向法在驱动、促成、评价三个环节对教学进行优化设计,通过场景驱动产出、活动链促成、师生合作评价,达成语言、结构和内容的统一和有效产出循环。最后通过教学实验后的成绩分析对教学实践效果进行了测评,发现实验班学生的语言运用能力有明显提高。POA is a teaching theory and practice system with Chinese characteristics,which includes teaching approach,teaching hypothesis and guiding ideology of teaching process.The paper attempts to apply POA to the course“English for Outbound Tour Leaders”to avoid and make up the deficiencies in the current course teaching.The paper analyses the characteristics of the course,establishes the teaching objectives,optimizes the teaching process of motivating,enabling and assessing via POA,and achieves the unity of language,structure and content and the cycle of effective output through scene-driven output,activity chains enabling and teacherstudent collaborative assessment.Finally,the teaching effect was evaluated through the score analysis,and it was found that the language ability of the students in the experimental class had been significantly improved.
