摘  要:明治时期,日本全面引进西方职业教育模式,职业教育得到快速发展。职业教育体系逐步形成,“实业兴教”的目标得以实现,职业教育成为服务国家战争不可或缺的内容。大正时期,民主主义的思潮席卷各个领域,初等职业教育开始建立产学制度,中高等职业教育也得到迅猛发展,与此同时军国主义观念对职业教育的影响不断加强。进入昭和初期,战时经济的刺激推动职业教育的进一步发展。政策改革带来了职业教育的革新,日本迎来军国主义职业教育的综合化改革,但这种改革最终导致军国主义职业教育面临危机甚至瓦解。In the Meiji period,Japan fully introduced the western vocational education model,which led to the rapid development of vocational education.The vocational education system has gradually formed,making the goal of "promoting education through industry" realized.Vocational education has become an indispensable component of national war services.During the Taisho period,the ideological wave of democracy swept across various fields,the industry-academic system was established in primary vocational education,and the middle and higher vocational education also developed rapidly.At the same time,the influence of militarism on vocational education has also been strengthened.In the early Showa period,the stimulus of the wartime economy promoted the further development of vocational education.Policy reforms brought about innovation in vocational education and implemented comprehensive reforms to militarize vocational education,leading to its extreme militarization.However,this reform eventually brought about the crisis and collapse of militaristic vocational education.
