摘 要:目的 探讨线上线下融合教学模式在《医学影像诊断学》课程中的应用效果。方法 2021年9月—2022年7月,以2019级医学影像学本科共134名学生作为试验组,采用线上线下融合教学模式;2018级医学影像学本科共155名学生作为对照组,采用传统讲授式教学模式。课程结束后以各项成绩(包括平时成绩、读片成绩、考试成绩及总成绩)、问卷调查方式对两种教学模式进行综合评价。结果 试验组读片成绩、考试成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过问卷调查,试验组在关于培养学生的学习兴趣、调动学习积极性和主动性、有助于提高对知识的掌握理解能力、有助于提高阅片能力、有助于分析解决问题、有助于培养影像诊断思维6个评价项目的认可度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在《医学影像诊断学》课程中应用线上线下融合教学模式能提高教学效果与质量。Objective To explore the application effect of the online merge offline(OMO)teaching mode in the course of Medical Imaging Diagnostics.Methods From September 2021 to July 2022,a total of 134 undergraduate students of Grade 2019 majoring in medical imaging were taken as the experimental group,and OMO teaching mode was adopted;a total of 155 undergraduate students of Grade 2018 majoring in medical imaging were taken as the control group,conventional lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching mode was adopted.After the course,the two teaching modes were evaluated by the scores(including usual performance scores,film reading scores,final examination scores and total scores)and questionnaire survey.Results The film reading scores,final examination scores and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the students'recognition of the evaluating indicators,including cultivating learning interest,arousing learning enthusiasm and initiative were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,and there were statistical differences between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of OMO teaching mode in Medical Imaging Diagnostics can improve the teaching effect and quality,and can be applied in other courses.
