摘　　要：随着我国老龄化进程的加快,慢性非传染性疾病的健康管理问题愈加严峻,医学生作为慢病管理的首要一环,其慢病管理和防控能力的培养将越来越重要。该体系以创新性教育为导向,合理、科学地规划理论和实践教学,在理论教学中将课堂与互联网相结合,实践教学通过构建“三课堂”联动、“递进式”教学和医工结合的特色实践模式,打破传统教学模式的桎梏,推进慢病管理教学模式的改革,在提高学生动手能力和水平的同时,培养和提高了医学生实践创新能力、自主学习能力、科研能力和人文素养,有助于学生熟练掌握运动系统慢病管理方法,助力我国慢病管理工作的推进。With the accelerated aging process in China,the problem of health management of chronic non communicable diseases is becoming more and more serious.As the primary link of chronic disease management,the cultivation of chronic disease management and prevention and control ability of medical students will be more and more important.Guided by innovative education,the system reasonably and scientifically plans theoretical and practical teaching.In theoretical teaching,the classroom is combined with the Internet.Practical teaching breaks the shackles of the traditional teaching model and promotes the reform of the teaching model of chronic disease management by building a characteristic practice model of"three classroom"linkage,"progressive"teaching and the combination of doctors and workers.While improving students'practical ability and level,it has cultivated and improved medical students'practical innovation ability,independent learning ability,scientific research ability and humanistic quality,which is helpful for promoting students to master the management methods of chronic diseases of sports system and promoting the management of chronic diseases in China.
