摘 要:在强调应用型的专业教育培训中,情境模拟教学模式在实践教学中的重要性越来越突出。近年来,情景模拟教学逐渐被应用于住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)的临床实践教学中,取得了明显的教学成果,提高了学生的学习效果。本研究拟探讨情境模拟教学模式在影像科住培医师消化系统成像操作技术教学中的应用效果,结果发现采用情境模拟教学进行带教可提高影像科住培医师的学习效果,住培医师对该模式带教的满意度较高。该研究表明情境模拟教学作为一种新的教学模式,以学生为中心、因材施教、引导反思,能够培养学生学习的主动性、开发学习的兴趣、提高学习效率,最终可达到提高临床教学效果的目的。In the emphasis on the application of professional education training,the importance of situational simulation teaching mode in practical teaching is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,situational simulation teaching has been gradually applied to the clinical practice teaching of standardized resident training(referred to as"resident training"),and has achieved obvious teaching results and improved the learning effect of students.This study aims to explore the application effect of the situational simulation teaching mode in the teaching of digestive system imaging operation technology for resident physicians in the imaging department.The results show that the use of situational simulation teaching can improve the learning effect of resident physicians in the imaging department,and the resident physicians have higher satisfaction with the teaching mode.This study shows that situational simulation teaching,as a new teaching mode,is student-centered,tailored to students'aptitude and guided reflection,which can cultivate students'learning initiative,develop their learning interest and improve their learning efficiency,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the clinical teaching effect.
