麻醉医生正确合理应用临床实践指南的建议

摘　　要：学习和应用指南是麻醉医生获得知识、提高能力以及尽早完成角色转变的重要途径。现阶段指南种类繁多,质量参差不齐,只注重指南的结论和推荐意见、机械地依从指南往往会导致麻醉医生在评价、理解和使用指南时出现偏差,造成医疗损害,引起医疗纠纷和诉讼。文章就麻醉学相关指南现状做了分析,在此基础上对麻醉医生如何学习和应用临床指南做一论述。首先,麻醉医生扎实的临床基本功是用好指南的基础。其次,探究指南背后的循证医学证据和个体化应用指南是用好指南的根本要求。第三,积极参与围术期多学科会诊是麻醉医生实践指南、突破自我的有效途径。最后,合理应用指南是麻醉医生避免医疗纠纷和诉讼的必要保障。For anesthesiologists,studying and implementing clinical practice guidelines has been a critical way to acquire knowledge,increase ability and accomplish role shift as soon as possible.In view of various guidelines with different quality at the stage,if anesthesiologists only focus on the conclusions and recommences of guidelines and apply them mechanically,they would not evaluate,understand and use guidelines accurately.As a result,medical damages as well as subsequent dispute and litigation may occur.This paper analyzed the current situation of anesthesia-associated guidelines and discussed how to study and implement these guidelines for the anesthesiologist.Firstly,appropriate implementation of guidelines is based on anesthesiologists’solid basic skills.Secondly,investigating evidences of guidelines and individually using them in clinical practice are fundamental requirements to implement guidelines correctly.Thirdly,attending perioperative multidiscipline consultation actively will be an effective approach for anesthesiologists to practice guidelines and improve themselves.Lastly,reasonable application of guidelines is a necessary guarantee for anesthesiologists to avoid medical dispute and litigation.
