摘 要:目的探讨问题导向(PBL)模式联合网络教学用于口腔正畸规范化培训(简称规培)教学的效果。方法选取2020年1月至6月在医院轮转的规培生80名,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用PBL模式结合网络手段教学,均在规培生轮转期结束后对其考核。结果观察组规培生的理论知识得分为(95.47±3.28)分,明显高于对照组的(78.31±3.64)分(P<0.05);观察组规培生的实际操作能力得分为(93.14±3.85)分,明显高于对照组的(76.74±3.70)分(P<0.05);观察组规培生对教学方式的满意度为97.50%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸教学中,规培生对PBL模式结合网络教学的教学模式接受度更高,联合教学模式能夯实规培生的理论知识,提升其实际操作能力及对教学方式的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)mode combined with online teaching for standardized orthodontic training(SOT).Methods Eighty regulation students rotating in the hospital from January to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 students in each group.The control group was taught by conventional teaching methods,and the observation group was taught by PBL mode combined with network means,and both groups were assessed at the end of the rotation period.Results The theoretical knowledge score in the observation group was(95.47±3.28)points,which was significantly higher than(78.31±3.64)points in the control group(P<0.05);the practical ability score in the observation group was(93.14±3.85)points,which was significantly higher than(76.74±3.70)points in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of orthodontics,the students were more receptive to the teaching mode of PBL combined with online teaching,but the joint teaching mode could consolidate the theoretical knowledge of the trainees and improve their practical ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode.
