开放大学助力老年教育供给侧改革:现实审视与实践进路

摘　　要：大力发展老年教育是我国积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措。作为全世界老年人口体量最大的国家,我国老年教育的发展不充分和不平衡的问题日益凸显,难以满足更广泛、更多样、更包容的老年教育需求。因此,我们可利用开放大学在体系办学、服务成人学习和技术应用等方面的独特优势,推动老年教育供给侧改革:首先是将老年教育融入国家发展战略,重新定义其地位;其次是共建共享,搭建公共服务平台;再次是利用融合技术,加速老年教育发展步伐;最后是挖掘其潜能,提升老年教育的价值。Vigorously developing elderly education is an important measure for China to actively respond to population aging.As the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world,the problem of insufficient and unbalanced development of elderly education in China is becoming more and more prominent,and it is difficult to meet the broader,more diverse and more inclusive needs of elderly education.Therefore,it is necessary to take advantage of the unique advantages of open universities in the aspects of running schools,serving adult learning and technology application to promote the supply-side reform of elderly education.Firstly,it is necessary to integrate elderly education into the national development strategy and redefine its status;Secondly,it is necessary to build a public service platform through joint construction and sharing;Thirdly,it is necessary to use integration technologies to accelerate the development of elderly education;Finally,it is necessary to tap its potential and increase the value of elderly education.
