检验医学住院医师规培阶段英语教学方式的探讨

摘　　要：检验专业住院医师规范化培训是培养合格检验医师的必经途径,专业英语能力是检验医师岗位胜任力的重要方面。加强对住培阶段检验医学生专业英语的教学,旨在把学生培养成能够熟练应用英语进行专业学习获取信息,能听懂国内外同行用英语演讲的学术报告并进行学术交流。目前,国内检验专业住院医师规范化培训基地在专业英语教学上尚存一些问题,突出表现在教学方式习惯性沿用本科生英语教学的大班课模式,教学内容多以教师为中心,以医学论文翻译和检验报告讲解为主。从改变现有专业英语教学方式出发,突出“提高岗位胜任力”的检验住培教学总目标。探讨了把住培英语教学塑造成一种“实践”培训和“实战”训练的教学思路。实际教学过程中,充分借鉴运用翻转课堂、合作学习、英语竞赛等不同的创新教学方式,通过将英语语言知识与检验专业知识相结合,增强学生对专业英语的学习兴趣,明显提高了学生的专业英语应用能力。实践证明,只有充分重视专业英语学习的重要性,不断提高教学水平,才能更好地完成检验住培的培养目标。Standardized training of residents is a crucial phase of qualified doctor of laboratory medicine.Mastering the medical professional English is one of the core competence for a qualified doctor.In order to be competent in obtaining professional information and understanding academic reports using English there is enormous enhancement room for medical students.Professional English teaching should be enhanced during the phase of standardized training of residents.A lot of problems of professional English teaching exist at present in China.For example English teaching mode in ordinary classroom was used continuously by training teachers,much teaching content is teacher-centred and medical thesis translation and examination reports interpretation were still major parts of English teaching contents.Aiming to handle the problems of professional English teaching,this paper studied practical methods based on the training target“to be competent enough for a qualified laboratory doctor”.In the teaching process different innovated methods such as flipped classroom,group cooperation and English competition were applied.The study interest of students was improved through the conjunction of language knowledge and professional knowledge.The application capability of professional English was elevated obviously in the standardized training residents by the innovation of teaching methods.The objective of the standardized training of laboratory residents might be accomplished only by emphasizing the importance of professional English teaching and promoting the development of teaching methods.
