国内雪茄烟叶钾含量与多酚·有机酸含量的相关性分析

摘  要:基于国内32份雪茄烟叶样品,研究不同产区、不同部位雪茄烟叶中钾含量、多酚、难挥发性有机酸的差异性,并且研究钾含量与多酚、有机酸之间的相关性。结果表明,不同产区烟叶中钾含量、草酸、α-酮戊酸、乙酸、马来酸、琥珀酸、莨菪亭有极显著差异,甲酸有显著差异;不同部位烟叶中钾含量差异极显著。钾含量与草酸、富马酸呈显著正相关,与琥珀酸呈显著负相关;上部叶的钾含量与草酸、琥珀酸相关性高于下部叶,而下部叶的钾含量与富马酸相关性高于上部叶。Based on 32 domestic cigar leaf samples,this study investigated the differences of potassium content,polyphenols and non-volatile organic acids in different production areas and different positions of cigar leaves,and the correlation between potassium content and polyphenols,organic acids was also studied.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in potassium content,formic acid,oxalic acid,α-ketovaleric acid,acetic acid,maleic acid,succinic acid and scopolamine in cigar leaves from different producing areas,while there were significant differences in formic acid content;the potassium content in different parts of tobacco leaves varied significantly.Potassium content was significantly positively correlated with oxalic acid and fumaric acid,but significantly negatively correlated with succinic acid;the potassium content in upper leaves occupied a higher correlation with oxalic acid and succinic acid than in lower leaves,while the correlation between potassium content and fumaric acid in lower leaves was higher than the upper leaves.
