摘　　要：【目的】为提高食用菌专业人才培养质量,更好地向社会输出食用菌领域专业能力较强的综合性人才。【方法】从优化教学内容、丰富教学手段、完善教学方法等三个方面着手,以就业需求为导向,就《食用菌栽培学》的课程建设进行探索。【结果】从教学成效来看,这种课程建设激发了学生的学习动力,提高了学生对食用菌的全面认识和选择食用菌为就业方向的意愿。【结论】实践证实该方法是一种行之有效的课程建设改革途径。【Objective】This paper explores the course construction of employment demand-orientated‘Edible Fungus Cultivation’.【Method】To improve the training quality of edible fungi professionals and export comprehensive talents with strong professional ability in the field of edible fungi to the society,we optimized the teaching content,enriched the teaching means and perfected the teaching methods.【Result】In terms of teaching effect,this kind of course construction stimulated students learning motivation,improved their overall understanding of edible fungi and their willingness to choose edible fungi as employment direction.【Conclusion】Practice has proved that this method is an effective way of course construction reform.
