摘　　要：英语教育实习是英语教育专业学生由生到师的一次实战演练,通过教育实习,英语教育专业实习生的教师专业知识结构和教师职业技能水平都有一定程度的提高,有利于全面改善并提高英语教师的教育教学水平。通过对抚顺师范高等专科学校2021届英语教育专业全体实习生展开实习情况问卷调查,摸底了解英语教育实习现状,剖析英语教育实习过程中亟待解决的问题,有针对性地提出相应的应对策略,从而培养出师德高尚、学识渊博、善于综合育人的高素质创新型英语教育人才[1]。English education practice is a practical exercise for English education students who will change their roles from students to teachers.The professional knowledge structure and the vocational skills of English education interns are improved to some extent through educational practice,which is good for improving English teachers'education and teaching level.Based on the practice situation questionnaire of all the 2021 session interns in English education major,the paper finds out the status quo of English education practice,analyzes problems in the English education practice and comes up with the corresponding strategies.In so doing we will cultivate high-quality innovative English teachers with noble virtue,profound knowledge and comprehensive educating ability.
