摘  要:风灾是一种常见的气象灾害,我国每年因风灾引发的农作物倒伏、减产现象逐渐增多,如何快速、准确地进行灾后评估对产量预测、农业政策调整十分重要。选取辽宁省盘锦市盘山地区具有代表性的4种类型受灾农田,应用无人机系统获取高分辨率航空影像,完成区域可见光遥感,利用地表反射率评估大风灾害水稻倒伏损失,推断农作物产量并与当年实际产量进行对比。结果表明,推断产量与实际产量误差处于合理区间,小型无人机可以快速、准确地评估农作物倒伏面积,为灾后决策提供重要的参考依据。Wind disaster was a common meteorological disaster,and the crop collapse and yield reduction caused by wind disaster increase gradually in our country every year.How to assess the post-disaster quickly and accurately was very important for the yield forecast and agricultural policy adjustment.In this paper,four representative types of affected farmland in Panshan area of Panjin City,Liaoning Province were selected,high-resolution aerial images obtained by unmanned aerial systems were used to complete regional visible light remote sensing,and surface reflectivity was used to assess the collapse loss of rice caused by wind disasters,and the crop yield was inferred and compared with the actual yield of the year.The results show that the error between the inferred yield and the actual yield is within a reasonable range,and the small UAV can quickly and accurately evaluate the lodging area,which provides an important reference for post-disaster decision-making.
