摘　　要：本研究对42所西部地区地方本科院校展开了问卷调查,主要针对当前西部地区地方高校转型发展的定位、意愿、实施状况、转型阻力障碍、发展的具体路径、策略、举措以及转型实施效果等信息进行调查收集,采用数据统计、变量分析、软件测算等方式对采集数据加以处理,分析西部地区地方本科院校转型发展现状,并提出对策建议。This study has administrated a questionnaire survey to 42 local undergraduate colleges and universities in Western China.The investigation mainly focused on the positioning,willingness,implementation status,obstacles to transformation,specific paths,strategies,measures,and implementation effects of the transformation and development.Methods such as data statistics,variable analysis,and software calculation were applied to process the collected data in order to analyze the status quo of the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities in Western China.Based on statistical analysis,the study proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
