摘  要:[目的]建立鱼肉中黄霉素A含量的快速定量检测方法。[方法]样品经氨化甲醇溶液提取后,加入水饱和正己烷除去脂肪,取适量净化液氮气吹干、复溶后经超高效液相串联质谱仪测定。[结果]黄霉素A在1.0~50 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,鱼肉中黄霉素A的平均回收率为64.97%~71.43%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.10%~13.40%,方法检出限为1.0μg/kg,定量限为3.0μg/kg。[结论]超高效液相串联质谱仪具有简单快捷、对环境友好、准确度高、灵敏度好等优势,可用于快速大批量测定鱼肉及水产制品中黄霉素A残留量。[Objectives]In order to establish a rapid and quantitative method for detecting the content of flavomycin A in fish meat.[Methods]Water saturated n-hexane was added to remove fat after the sample was fully extracted from an ammoniated methanol solution.An appropriate amount of purified liquid was dried with nitrogen gas.After re-dissolution,the content of flavomycin A in the sample was measured using an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).[Results]The linear relationship of flavomycin A was good within the range of 1.0 to 50 ng/mL,with a correlation coefficient>0.999.The average recovery rate of flavomycin A in fish meat was 64.97%-71.43%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.10%-13.40%.The detection limit of the method established was 1.0μg/kg,with a quantification limit of 3.0μg/kg.[Conclusions]HPLC-MS/MS has the advantages of simplicity,environmental friendliness,high accuracy,and good sensitivity,and can be used for the rapid and large-scale determination of aflatoxin A residues in fish meat and aquatic products.
