摘 要:保证高速列车运行的平稳性与舒适性,是高速铁路运营的核心问题;高低不平顺作为车体垂向振动的主要激励源,其与车体垂向振动加速度的关系是基础性科学问题。为有效地构建高低不平顺与车体垂向振动加速度映射关系,首先,分析轨检数据的时域波形特点,利用二进制小波分析获取不同频段下高低不平顺与车体垂向振动加速度的时频分布特征;其次,引入分形维数计算方法,采用变差法计算高低不平顺与车体垂向振动加速度的分形维数;最后,利用线形回归分析方法构建两者间的映射关系。结果表明:高低不平顺与车体垂向振动加速度在时域波形极值处有一定的对应性;两者的分形维数随着波长的增加呈现逐渐减小的趋势,在波长大于8 m的区段的定量化映射关系明确;分形维数可为解决车体振动加速度超限问题提供新的思路,建议进一步地进行相关深化研究。Ensuring the stability and comfort of running high-speed trains is the core issue of high-speed railway operation.As the main excitation source of vertical vibration of the vehicle body,the relationship of the vertical vibration acceleration of the car body with the track irregularity is a fundamental scientific problem.In order to effectively construct the mapping relationship between the irregularity and the vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle body,the time-domain waveform characteristics of the track inspection data are analyzed,and the time-frequency distribution characteristics of the irregularity and the vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle body in different frequency bands are obtained by binary wavelet analysis.Then,the fractal dimension calculation method is introduced,and the fractal dimension of the irregularity and the vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle body is calculated by the variation method.Finally,the linear regression analysis method is used to construct the mapping relationship between them.The results show that there is a certain correspondence between the irregularity and the vertical vibration acceleration of the vehicle body at the extreme value of the time domain waveform;the fractal dimensions of the two show a decreasing trend with the increase of the wavelength.The quantitative mapping relationship of the segment is clear for 8 m wavelength.The fractal dimension provides a new idea for solving the problem of vehicle body vibration acceleration exceeding the limit,and it is recommended to carry out further related in-depth research.
