摘  要:高性能减振道床主要由钢轨、减振扣件、预应力道床板、道床隔振垫等组成,通过采用高性能减振扣件和道床隔振垫两级隔振措施,具有良好的减振降噪效果;减振扣件中含有谐振质量,在其设计频率处具有一定吸振效果。普通轨道的钢轨通过普通扣件直接固定于轨道基础结构上,仅有一级隔振。利用数值计算手段,通过对比两种轨道用于箱梁高架桥时高架桥结构的辐射声功率,分析高性能减振道床的减振降噪效果。高性能减振道床轨道(8 kN/mm)与扣件刚度为60 k N/mm的普通轨道相比,在10 Hz~150 Hz频段,高性能减振道床轨道有良好的减振降噪效果显著,可有效地降低传递到高架桥的激励力、高架桥结构振动能量及辐射声功率。High-performance damping bed is mainly composed of rail,damping fastener,prestressed bed plate,bed isolation pad and so on.By adopting double-stage vibration isolation measures of high-performance damping fastener and bed isolation pad,it has good effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction.The vibration damping fastener contains resonance mass,which has a certain vibration absorption effect at its design frequency.The rails of ordinary track are directly fixed to the track foundation structure by ordinary fasteners and only have a single stage vibration isolation.In this paper,according to the results of numerical calculation,the radiated sound powers of the two kinds of tracks on a same box girder viaduct are compared,and noise reduction effect of the high-performance damping track bed is analyzed.Compared with the conventional track with the fastener stiffness of 60 kN/mm,the dynamic flexibility of the high-performance trackbed track is lower in the 10 Hz-150 Hz frequency band,and the wheel-rail force is reduced in 25 Hz-150 Hz band.In the frequency band above 30 Hz,the high-performance track-bed track has good vibration and noise reduction effect,and effectively reduces the excitation force transmitted to the viaduct,the vibration energy and the radiated sound power of the viaduct structure.
