信息化时代背景下高校教学管理改革路径探析

摘　　要：随着现代信息技术在中国高等教育领域的广泛应用,国内各高校教学管理信息化改革如火如荼地进行着。信息化可以优化教学管理资源配置,提升教学管理决策科学性,增强教学管理的组织活力,促进教学管理的公正公开。高校教学管理改革虽取得显著成果但也存在诸多问题,包括管理者权威受信息化挑战,信息化改革定位不明;管理队伍信息化素养不高,信息化改革专业性不强;教学管理信息系统开发延迟,制约信息化改革进程;教学管理信息规范性不足,阻碍信息化改革与发展。因此,高校应明确教学管理信息化改革定位,提升教学管理者信息化专业素养,重视教学管理信息化平台建设,促进高校教学管理信息规范化,推进信息化时代高校教学管理改革进程,实现高校教学管理现代化。With the widespread application of modern information technology in the field of higher education in China,the informationization reform of teaching management in various universities in China is in full swing.Informatization can optimize the allocation of teaching management resources in universities,enhance the scientific decision-making of teaching management,enhance the organizational vitality of teaching management,and promote the fairness and openness of teaching management.Although significant achievements have been made in the reform of teaching management in universities,there are still many problems,including that the authority of managers is challenged by information technology,the positioning of information technology reform is unclear,the informationization literacy of the management team is not high,and the professionalism of informationization reform is not strong,delayed development of teaching management information systems hinders the progress of information technology reform,insufficient standardization of teaching management information hinders the reform and development of informatization.Therefore,universities should clarify the positioning of the informationization reform of teaching management,enhance the professional literacy of teaching managers in informationization,attach importance to the construction of teaching management informationization platforms,promote the standardization of teaching management information,promote the process of teaching management reform in the information age,and achieve modernization of teaching management in universities.
