稷下学宫办学特点及对现代大学内部治理的启示

摘　　要：战国时期齐国的稷下学宫是我国古代一所著名的高等学府,是百家争鸣的中心与缩影,具有显著的办学特点,即官家操办,私家主持;学术自由,兼容并包;尊师重道,待遇优厚;管理规范,自由择师。这些办学特色不仅对当时的教育产生了极大的影响,而且也对我国现代大学内部治理具有一定的教育启示,即在校院两级管理方面,给予学院办学自主权;在学术建设方面,倡导学术自由;在教师队伍建设方面,提高教师地位;在学生管理方面,促进学生个性发展。通过借鉴历史经验,充分结合现代大学的发展特色,以期能够增强现代大学内部治理的合理性与科学性。During the Warring States period,the Jixia Academic Palace in the state of Qi was an ancient famous institution of higher education in China,is the center and epitome of the contention of a hundred schools of thought with outstanding characteristics of running a school,namely,official running and private hosting;academic freedom and inclusive idea;respect for teachers and good treatment;management norms and free choice of teachers.These school-running characteristics not only had a great impact on the education at that time,but also had certain educational implications for the internal governance of modern universities in China,that is,in terms of the two-level management of the university and college,giving colleges the autonomy to run a school;in terms of academic construction,advocating academic freedom;in terms of the construction of teachers,improving the status of teachers;in terms of student management,promoting the development of students personality.By drawing lessons from historical experience and fully combining the development characteristics of modern universities,it is necessary to improve the rationality and scientificity of the internal governance of modern universities.
