富硒小球藻提取物对高脂饮食大鼠体重及血糖的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨富硒小球藻提取物对高脂饮食大鼠体重及血糖的影响,将60只SD(Sprague-Dawley)大鼠随机分为6组,分别为空白对照(control diet,CD)组、模型对照(high fat-diet,HFD)组、富硒小球藻提取物低剂量(low-dose selenium diet,LSD)组、富硒小球藻提取物中剂量(middle-dose selenium supplement diet,MSD)组、富硒小球藻提取物高剂量(high-dose selenium diet,HSD)组、无硒小球藻提取物(selenium-free chlorella diet,SFCD)组,对不同组别大鼠灌胃后比较分析体重、血糖、脏器重及脏器指数。实验结果显示,LSD、MSD、HSD组体重、肝重、肝脏指数、附睾脂肪重及其指数均降低;SFCD组各项指标有一定程度的降低但效果不如实验低、中、高剂量组。将硒剂量与各项指标进行相关性分析后发现硒剂量与体重呈显著负相关,与肝重呈极显著负相关,与附睾脂肪重呈显著负相关,与血糖呈极显著负相关。富硒小球藻提取物和无硒小球藻提取物均有控制体重与血糖的作用,但富硒小球藻提取物效果更好。In order to explore the effect of selenium-rich chlorella extract on body weight and blood glucose in rats on a high-fat diet,60 Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,namely,control diet(CD)group,model control(high fat-diet,HFD)group,low-dose selenium diet(LSD)group,middle-dose selenium supplement diet(MSD)group,high-dose selenium diet(HSD)group and selenium-free chlorella diet(SFCD)group.The body weight,blood glucose,organ weight and organ index were comparatively analyzed in different groups of rats after gavage.The experimental results showed that the body weight,liver weight,liver index,epididymis fat weight and index of the LSD,MSD,and HSD groups were all reduced.The SFCD group had a certain degree of reduction,but the effect was not as good as that of the experimental low,medium and high dose groups.In addition,selenium dose was significantly negatively correlated with body weight,very negatively correlated with liver weight,significantly negatively correlated with epididymal fat weight,and very significantly negatively correlated with blood glucose.Both selenium-rich chlorella extract and selenium-free chlorella extract have the effect of controlling weight and blood glucose,but selenium-rich chlorella extract is more effective.
