摘  要:病毒性肺炎历来是人类呼吸系统疾病发病率和死亡率升高的重要原因。尽管在临床治疗上取得了重大进展,但病毒性肺炎仍然是对人类健康的主要威胁,科学合理的营养膳食能够有效改善患病人群营养状况、增强抵抗力,有助于病毒性肺炎的防控与救治。为了更好地发挥营养治疗的作用,针对病毒性肺炎的防控和救治特点,参考近三年国内外发表的病毒性肺炎的营养干预指南及生活指导等,提出病毒性肺炎患者临床营养膳食指导建议,便于临床医生更好地在病毒性肺炎患者诊疗中进行规范的营养治疗。Viral pneumonia has historically been a significant cause of the morbidity and mortality of respiratory diseases.Although significant progress has been made in clinical treatment,viral pneumonia remains the main threat to human health.Scientific and reasonable nutritional diets can effectively improve nutritional status,enhance the resistance of affected populations,and contribute to the prevention,control,and treatment of viral pneumonia.In order to better play the role of nutritional support,the nutritional intervention guidelines for viral pneumonia published domestically and internationally in the past 3 years were retrieved,and clinical nutrition dietary suggestions were raised for clinical doctors to better carry out standardized nutritional treatment in the diagnosis and treatment of viral pneumonia patients.
