摘 要:数字时代给老年群体带来了新的机遇和挑战。对高知老年人学习动机影响因素进行研究,可以更好地为他们提供适合的数字学习机会和资源,提升数字素养。通过J地高知老年人参与数字生活学习动机影响因素问卷的回归分析和差异性分析,高知老年人参与数字生活学习动机受求知兴趣、技能提升、家庭归属感、社会交往和自我价值的影响。同时,在性别、年龄和学历上存在差异性:女性比男性具有更强烈的学习动机;初老阶段的高知老年人有强烈求知兴趣;高知老年人学历与学习动机成反比;副高职称的高知老年人学习动机较强烈。因此,建议从生存、发展和超越动机三个维度,帮助老年人开启数字生活,乐享数字应用和践行数字文明。The digital age has brought new opportunities and challenges to the elderly.Research on the factors influencing the learning motivation of the elderly intellectual can provide them with suitable digital learning opportunities and resources to improve their digital literacy.Through a regression analysis and comparing means of the questionnaire on the elderly intellectual who carry on digital learning in the J region,the study found that digital learning motivation is affected by cognitive interest,skill improvement,family togetherness,social contact and sense of self-value.The results showed that there are differences in gender,age and educational background:women have stronger learning motivation than men;the elderly intellectual in the early aging stage have stronger learning motivations;the educational attainment of the elderly intellectual is inversely proportional to their learning motivation;those with associate senior professional titles tend to have a stronger learning motivation.Therefore,it is suggested to help the elderly enjoy a digital life and improve their digital literacy from survival,developmental,and superior motivation.
