共同富裕背景下农村妇女内生发展能力演进的机制及其影响——一项关于帮扶车间的探索性研究

摘　　要：帮扶车间作为“先富带动后富”的载体,是有效培育农村妇女内生发展能力,进而推进物质生活和精神生活双富裕的重要场域。农村妇女内生发展能力由职业适应能力、家庭议价能力、社会情感能力和主体性建构能力四个维度构成。在帮扶车间新乡贤式员工管理和制度承诺的交互式影响下,农村妇女随着工作心理成熟度的提升,其内生发展能力由低阶向高阶演进,在不同时序阶段,其需求、行为动机和能力呈现显著差异。不同的能力类别对实现共同富裕的作用不同,职业适应能力主要影响物质生活共同富裕,家庭议价能力、社会情感能力主要影响精神生活共同富裕,主体性建构能力对物质生活共同富裕和精神生活共同富裕都有深刻影响。As a vivid practice of“the first rich driving the second rich”,the help workshop is an important field to effectively cultivate the endogenous development ability of rural women,and then promote the double prosperity of material life and spiritual life.The endogenous development ability of rural women consists of four dimensions:occupational adaptation ability,family bargaining ability,social emotional ability and subjectivity construction ability.Under the interactive influence of the management and institutional commitment of the new village-wise employees in the support workshop,rural women’s endogenous development ability evolves from low level ability to high level ability with the improvement of work psychological maturity,and their needs,behavioral motivations and abilities show significant differences in different sequential stages.Different types of ability have different effects on the realization of common prosperity.Occupational adaptability mainly affects the common prosperity of material life,family bargaining power and social emotional ability mainly affect the common prosperity of spiritual life,and subjective construction ability has a profound impact on the common prosperity of material life and spiritual life.
