摘 要:实现职普融通是深化现代职业教育体系与建设教育强国的突破口。在建设教育强国的语境下,推进职普融通政策的密集出台与建设技能型社会理念的提出,使职普融通获得了行政合法性与社会合法性,同时职教领域的局部探索为职普融通提供了实践样板。但是我国政府财政投入的偏好导致职普融通内部非均衡性发展;异质性课程的兼容机制不畅导致职普教学融通受阻;组织惯性与文化惯习削弱了职普融通的内在凝聚力。为此,需要纠正政府的财政投入偏好,优化职普融通的资金筹措模式;加强职普融通的内部融通机制建设,以知识与技能融通驱动教育类型的融通;加强职普融通内外部治理,提升组织效率与文化自觉,以便更好地推进职普融通。Realizing the integration of vocational education and general education is a breakthrough in deepening the modern vocational education system and building an education powerhouse.In the context of building an education powerhouse,the intensive introduction of policies for promoting vocational education integration and the proposal of the concept of building a skilled society have enabled vocational education integration to obtain administrative legitimacy and social legitimacy.At the same time,local exploration in the field of vocational education provides a practical template for vocational education integration.However,the government's preference for financial investment in our country has led to uneven internal development of vocational education integration;The compatibility mechanism of heterogeneous courses is not smooth,which hinders the integration of vocational education;Organizational inertia and cultural habits weaken the internal cohesion of vocational education integration.To this end,it is necessary to correct the government's preference for financial investment and optimize the funding model for vocational education integration;Strengthen the internal integration mechanism construction of vocational education,and drive the integration of education types through the integration of knowledge and skills;Strengthen internal and external governance of vocational education integration,improve organizational efficiency and cultural awareness,in order to better promote vocational education integration.
