摘　　要：当下,职业道德的重要性日益显现,然而传统的职业道德教育效果不佳引发了学界对“职业道德是否可教”的质疑和探讨。“职业道德是否可教”是职业道德教育的核心问题,探讨“职业道德是否可教”的价值意蕴包含明晰人类道德的本质、优化德育理论和实践方法、帮助从业人员更好地应对现代社会的伦理挑战。深入剖析职业道德教育可教的学理起点、内在缘由和方式方法,可以推论:职业道德是可教的,个体的道德素养需要后天的教育与培养,有计划、有目的的教育可以帮助个体形成稳定的职业道德品质。理想的职业道德教育应结合学生的道德培养规律以及职业道德的特征进行针对性教学,并通过培养职业道德认识、情感、意识和行为来塑造个人的职业道德品质。基于此,我国可以从确立正确的职业道德教育观念、推广德技并修模式、革新职业道德教育教学方法、校企合作协同优化职业道德教育等方面入手,夯实职业道德教育,提升职业道德教育的有效性。At present,the importance of professional ethics is increasingly evident,but the traditional education of professional ethics has not been effective,which has sparked doubts and discussions in the academic community about whether professional ethics can be taught."Whether professional ethics can be taught"is the core theoretical issue of professional ethics education.The value implications of exploring the issue of whether professional ethics can be taught include clarifying the essence of human morality,optimizing moral education theories and practical methods,and helping practitioners better respond to the ethical challenges of modern society.Through a thorough analysis of the theoretical starting point,internal reasons,and ways in which professional ethics education can be taught,it can be inferred that professional ethics is teachable,and individual moral literacy requires acquired education and cultivation.Planned and purposeful education can help individuals form stable professional ethics qualities.Ideal professional ethics education should combine students'moral cultivation laws and characteristics of professional ethics for targeted teaching,And shape personal professional ethics by cultivating professional ethics awareness,emotions,awareness,and behavior.Based on this,China can strengthen professional ethics education and enhance its effectiveness by establishing a correct concept of professional ethics education,promoting the model of combining morality and technology,innovating teaching methods of professional ethics education,and collaborating with schools and enterprises to optimize professional ethics education.
