摘 要:渤海莱州湾地下卤水是生产原盐的重要资源,传统的晒盐方式具有占地面积大、蒸发效率低、气候依赖性强等缺点,而立体蒸发技术通过将卤水提升至一定高度,并将其分散到蒸发面上,增大卤水与空气的接触面积,提高了蒸发效率。文章研究了以粗糙波纹板、玻纤土工格栅、三维渗水网、黑色帆布为蒸发面的立体蒸发装置在不同月份的蒸发效果,并进行了能耗分析。研究表明,玻纤土工格栅因具有网状结构,既可以增大蒸发面积又有利于立体蒸发支架能空气流通,其蒸发效果最好,实验期间是同期平面蒸发的13.1倍;黑色帆布具有一定的持水性,既能使布水更加均匀,又能增加卤水在蒸发面上的停留时间,故而同时达到了良好的蒸发效果和较低的能耗。The underground brine in Laizhou Bay of Bohai Sea is an important resource for raw salt production.The traditional method of salt leaching has the disadvantages of cover a huge area,low evaporation efficiency and strong climate dependence,etc.By raising the brine to a certain height and dispersing it on the evaporation surface could increase the contact area between the brine and the air and improve the evaporation efficiency.In this article,the evaporation effect of stereoscopic evaporation device with rough corrugated plate,glass fiber geoglage,three-dimensional seepage net and black canvas as evaporation surface in different months were studied,and the energy consumption was analyzed.The results showed that the glass fiber gegrates could not only increase the evaporation area but also facilitate the air circulation of the stereoscopic evaporation bracket.Its evaporation effect was the best,and it was 13.1 times that of the plane evaporation during the experiment period in the same time.Black canvas has a certain water retention,which can make the water distribution more uniform,and can increase the residence time of brine on the evaporation surface,so at the same time achieve good evaporation effect and low energy consumption.
