控烟小课堂对中小学生吸烟知识、态度及行为的影响

摘　　要：目的评价在中小学校运用控烟小课堂对中小学生开展控烟工作的效果,为开展控烟相关工作提供依据。方法2022年5月采用整群抽样的方法,在福建省福州市随机抽取52所中小学校的2588名学生,运用控烟小课堂的方式进行控烟干预。干预前后采用自行设计的调查问卷进行控烟效果评价,比较干预前后中小学生烟草相关知识、态度和行为的变化情况,对干预效果进行评价。结果干预后学生的烟草相关知识的知晓率由46.65%(21730/46584)提高至80.54%(37517/46584),控烟正确态度持有率由78.72%(26484/33644)提高至88.95%(29928/33644);控烟正向行为形成率由88.86%(9199/10352)提高至92.99%(9626/10352),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为11553.96、1300.84、106.72,P均<0.05)。结论控烟小课堂有效提高了中小学生对烟草知识的知晓程度、控烟态度以及正向行为的形成,对提高青少年拒烟意识、促进青少年控烟行为的形成具有积极意义。Objective To evaluate the effect of tobacco control work in elementary and middle school by using tobacco control course for students,so as to provide a basis for tobacco control-related work.Methods A total of 2588 students from 52 schools were randomly selected by cluster sampling method in May 2022 in Fuzhou city,Fujian province.A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of tobacco control before and after the intervention,and to compare the changes in tobacco-related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of primary and secondary school students before and after the intervention to evaluate the effect.Results After the intervention,the awareness rate of tobacco related knowledge among the students increased from 46.65%(21730/46584)to 80.54%(37517/46584).The holding rate of correct attitude towards tobacco control increased from 78.72%(26484/33644)to 88.95%(29928/33644).The positive behavior rate of tobacco control increased from 88.86%(9199/10352)to 92.99%(9626/10352).The differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=11553.96,1300.84,106.72,all P<0.05).Conclusion Tobacco control courses effectively improve primary and secondary school students′knowledge of tobacco,their attitudes towards tobacco control and the formation of positive behaviors,which is of positive significance in raising youth′s awareness of refusing to smoke and promoting the formation of youth′s tobacco control behaviors.
