家庭、学校、社会如何影响城镇新移民子女的心理适应——基于西南民族地区易地扶贫搬迁移民的调查

摘　　要：新型城镇化的核心是人的城镇化。聚焦云贵川渝“十三五”期间易地扶贫搬迁城镇安置人口,从生活满意度、自尊和心理问题三个维度对义务教育阶段移民子女的心理适应及其影响因素开展调查。研究发现,与非移民相比,移民子女表现出较低的生活满意度和自尊水平,但并未报告更多的心理问题,整体呈低度适应。移民子女的心理适应存在显著性的性别、民族、学段、家庭SES、搬迁时间等群体差异。回归分析结果表明,家庭功能、学校环境、社区支持均对移民子女的心理适应呈显著性影响,且三者形成有效合力可产生增幅效应。鉴于此,家庭、学校、社会应在发挥自身独特作用的基础上加强协同联动,以提升移民子女的心理韧性,增强其对新异文化生活环境的适应能力。The core of new urbanization is the urbanization of people.Focusing on the Relocation of Urban Resettlement Population for Poverty Alleviation during the 13th Five-Year Plan period in Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,and Chongqing,we investigated the psychological adaptation and influencing factors of the migrant children during the compulsory education stage from life satisfaction,self-esteem,and psychological problems.The study found that,compared with non-migrantOchildren,migrant children have shown lower life satisfaction and self-esteem,but the study didn’t report more psychological problems,and they are less well-adjusted as a whole.There are significant group differences in psychological adaptation of migrant children,such as gender,ethnicity,school period,family SES and relocation time.The results of regression analysis show that family functions,school environment,and community support have a significant impact on the psychological adaptation of migrant children respectively,and they can have an effective synergy to produce an increase effect.In view of this,families,schools,and society should strengthen collaborative linkage based on their own unique role to improve the psychological toughness of migrant children and enhance their ability to adapt to the new cultural living environment.
