玻璃纤维桩应用于前牙冠折修复的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩在前牙冠折修复治疗中的效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2021年12月新余市妇幼保健院收治的60例口腔修复患儿,按随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组(30例)采用铸造金属桩修复,观察组(30例)采用玻璃纤维桩修复,两组均持续随访12个月。对比两组口腔修复效果、牙周碱性磷酸酶水平、牙周袋深度、牙齿功能及不良反应。结果:观察组颜色匹配度、边缘适合度及修复体完整性分别为93.33%、93.33%、93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%、66.67%、70.00%(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组牙周碱性磷酸酶、牙周袋深度水平分别为(333.18±40.34)U/L、(1.11±0.25)mm,低于对照组的(389.80±51.80)U/L、(1.66±0.29)mm(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组牙齿功能中的语言、外观及舒适度评分分别为(4.02±0.48)、(4.11±0.46)、(4.15±0.45)分,均高于对照组的(3.44±0.50)、(3.35±0.43)、(3.34±0.44)分(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(30.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:针对前牙冠折患者予以玻璃纤维桩进行口腔修复,能够获得理想的修复效果,有效改善牙齿功能,减轻对牙周健康的影响,且不良反应发生率较低,应用安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the effect of glass fiber post in the restoration treatment of anterior crown fracture.Method:From January 2020 to December 2021,60 children with oral prosthesis admitted to Maternity&Child Care Center of Xinyu were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was repaired with cast metal posts,while the observation group(30 cases)was repaired with glass fiber posts,both groups were followed up for 12 months.The oral prosthesis effect,periodontal alkaline phosphatase level,periodontal pocket depth,tooth function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The color matching,edge fitting and integrity of restoration body of the observation group were 93.33%,93.33%and 93.33%respectively,which were higher than 73.33%,66.67%and 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After restoration,the levels of alkaline phosphatase and periodontal pocket depth in the observation group were(333.18±40.34)U/L and(1.11±0.25)mm,respectively,which were lower than(389.80±51.80)U/L and(1.66±0.29)mm in the control group(P<0.05).After restoration,the scores of language,appearance and comfort of tooth function in the observation group were(4.02±0.48),(4.11±0.46)and(4.15±0.45)scores respectively,which were higher than(3.44±0.50),(3.35±0.43)and(3.34±0.44)scores in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with anterior crown fracture,using glass fiber post in oral prosthesis can achieve ideal restorative effect,effectively improve tooth function,reduce the impact on periodontal health,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the application is safe.
