摘  要:促进实现共同富裕,农村是重点也是难点。在推动农村共同富裕过程中,农村职业教育具有人才支撑、智力支撑、技术技能支撑等功能,是促进农村物质富裕和精神富裕的有效途径。但当前农村职业教育,从外部来看,不被社会认可,普遍受到鄙视和歧视;从内部来看,存在办学定位不清、质量偏低、供给不匹配需求等问题。要发挥农村职业教育在促进共同富裕中的作用,应提高认识,以整体性治理思想为指导增加政策供给;明晰农村职业教育的功能和目标定位;提升质量、以质图强,赢得社会认可和存在感;涵养生态,夯实生存根基,增强发展后劲;适配需求,回应外部变化拓展功能挖掘潜力。Rural issues are both focus and difficulty in the process of promoting common prosperity for everyone.In the process of promoting rural prosperity,rural vocational education is known to play multiple roles in supporting talents,intelligence and technical skills.Besides,rural vocational education is an effective way to promote rural material and spiritual affluence.But now,rural vocational education is in a dilemma of external and internal relations.As to external,there is insufficient acceptation from the'society.As to internal,there are several shortcomings such as unclear orientation,low quality and unmatched demand.Therefore,rural vocational education should carry out a number of measures including increasing policy supply,clarifying orientation,improving standard and quality,enhancing development potential,adapting requirements to play a greater role in promoting rural prosperity.
