摘 要:技能型社会建设为发展职业本科教育创造了机遇也带来了挑战,当前职业本科教育内涵式发展取得一定成绩但也存在现实困境。职业本科教育内涵式发展的内生动力包含“成就动机”“发展需求”“价值引领”“成长意志”和“内省变革”五个元素,从内生动力激发视角的发展路径是:明确价值引领,找准发展职能定位,坚持“三个明确”;厘清成就动机,打造多维课程体系,做到“五个可循”;澄清发展需求,拓展产教融合范围,提高“四个粘度”;激发成长意志,培塑现代工匠精神,倡导“三个融入”;聚力内省变革,培育师生双元队伍,激发“四种活力”。In addition to creating opportunities,the construction of a skill-based society also brings challenges to the development of vocational undergraduate education.Although the connotative development of vocational undergraduate education has achieved certain achievements at present,it also has practical difficulties.Five elements of"achievement motivation""development needs""value guidance""""will to grow"and"introspective reform"are included in the endogenous driving force of the connotative development of vocational undergraduate education.The development paths from the stimulation perspective of endogenous driving force include clarifying the value guidance,accurately finding the development function orientation,and adhering to the"three clarifications";getting clear of the achievement motivation,creating a multi-dimensional curriculum system,and achieving"five rules to follow";clarifying the development needs,extending the scope of the industry-education integration,and enhancing"four viscosities";stimulating growth will,cultivating the modern craftsman spirit,and advocating"three integration";focusing on introspective reform,cultivating a dual team of teachers and students,and stimulating"four kinds of vitality"
