摘 要:集团化办学是扩展优质教育资源覆盖面,促进学前教育优质均衡发展的重要途径。高质量的教研是提高集团教育质量的重要抓手,集团教研则有助于建构区域专业发展共同体,促进每所幼儿园的特色发展。针对当前集团教研存在的均衡与特色无法兼具、行政权力与专业事务冲突、教研效果不理想等问题,需进一步从凝聚办园共识和共建集团教研文化、改善集团组织结构和重构集团教研管理机制以及转变教研思路与方法等方面予以改进。Group education is an important way to expand the coverage of high-quality education resources and promote the high-quality and balanced development of preschool education.High-quality teaching and research is an important starting point to improve the quality of education in the group,and the group’s teaching and research helps to build a regional professional development community and promote the characteristic development of each kindergarten.In view of the current problems such as the lack of balance and characteristics of the group’s teaching and research,the conflict between administrative power and professional affairs,and the unsatisfactory teaching and research effect,it is necessary to further improve the group from the aspects of consolidating the consensus of the kindergarten management,building the group’s teaching and research culture,improving the group’s organizational structure,rebuilding the group’s teaching and research management mechanism,and changing the teaching and research ideas and methods.
