摘 要:工学一体化工作是全国技工院校目前主推的培养模式,是“十四五规划”的重要内容,是推进校企融合办学、提质培优的重要举措,也是提高技能人才培养质量、服务产业高质量发展的有效路径。本研究从国内外角度,分别分析德国职业教育的特点以及我国实行工学一体化的现实意义。结合我校办学实际,探索适合焊接加工专业的工学一体化教学模式,培育一批既有扎实的职业技能、又具有较强就业能力的技能劳动者和能工巧匠,为区域经济高质量发展提供了强有力的高素质技能人才支撑。The integration of engineering and learning is the main training mode promoted by technical colleges and universities in China,is an important content of the "14th Five-Year Plan",and is an important measure to promote the integration of schools and enterprises,which improves the quality and excellence,and is an effective way to improve the quality of skilled personnel training and the high-quality development of the service industry.This study analyzes the characteristics of vocational education in Germany and the practical significance of the integration of engineering and academia in China from domestic and foreign perspectives.Combined with the actual situation of our school,explore the integrated teaching mode of engineering and science suitable for welding processing,cultivate a group of skilled workers and skilled craftsmen with solid vocational skills and strong employability,and provide strong support for high-quality skilled personnel for the high-quality development of the regional economy.
