印度高校本土中文师资队伍现状与建设策略

摘　　要：目前印度开设中文专业高校的本土中文师资队伍中主要存在数量不足、教师中文知识薄弱、教育培训不足和政府对中文教育重视程度不够等问题。应加强中印高校合作、鼓励参与中国高校线上培训活动、注重印度高水平中文专业学者培养及增强中印互信,提高中文在印度的地位。It was found that currently there are a few problems among the local teaching staff,such as lack of sufficient faculty,poor Chinese language knowledge among teachers,insufficient education and training,and lack of government's attention to Chinese language education.This article proposes few strategies such as strengthening cooperation between Chinese and Indian universities,encouraging participation in online training activities for Chinese universities,emphasizing the cultivation of high-level Chinese language professionals in India,enhancing mutual trust between China and India in order to enhance the status of Chinese language in India.
