中国特色学徒制视域下民办本科服装专业教学改革研究

摘　　要：新版《中华人民共和国职业教育法》的颁布与实施,确立了中国特色学徒制教育体系的重要地位。依托民办教育平台,制定出适合服装专业本科层次人才培养的教育新模式是新时代对高校教学改革提出的新要求。文章通过文献研究、走访调研、实地考察和定点实验等方法,制定了“三双三共三高三全”的人才培养策略,为民办本科的服装专业学徒制改革提供了新的思路。研究结果表明,中国特色学徒制有利于提升民办本科服装专业人才培养的质量和层次,有利于提升学生的核心素养,有利于高校教育为企业发展赋能,并根据行业需求引领专业创新发展。The promulgation and implementation of the new version of the Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China have established the significant position of China's distinctive apprenticeship education system.Relying on the platform of private education,devising a new educational model suitable for undergraduate-level talent cultivation in the field of fashion is a new requirement posed by the new era for higher education teaching reform.Through methods involving literature research,field visits,on-site investigations,and targeted experiments,this research has formulated a talent development strategy named"Three Pairs,Three Collaborations,Three Highs,and Three Comprehensives",offering innovative insights for the reform of the apprenticeship system in private undergraduate fashion programs.Research findings demonstrate that the China-specific apprenticeship system is conducive to enhancing the quality and level of talent cultivation in private undergraduate fashion programs,beneficial for improving students'core competencies,further enhancing collaboration between universities and industries,and enterprises,empowering enterprise development,and leading professional innovation development according to industry needs.
