摘 要:为了观察12周少林内功与健步走运动对女大学生踝关节本体感觉的影响,按照纳入和排除标准筛选40名女大学生,随机分为两组,分别为实验组(n=20)采用少林内功,对照组(n=20)采用健步走、步频120~150步/min,运动频率均为30min/d,5d/w,共12w。于实验前、后使用Pro-kin平衡测试仪测定平均轨迹误差(A.T.E.)和平均负重力量差(A.F.V.)评估本体感觉。得到结果为:少林内功与健步走运动12周后,女大学生双脚的A.T.E.和A.F.V.较实验前存在差异性(P<0.01);少林内功对比于健步走,女大学生双脚的A.T.E.和A.F.V.存在差异性(P<0.01)。得到结果为,12周少林内功与健步走运动均可改善女大学生踝关节本体感觉,且少林内功优于健步走。To observe the effect of doing Shaolin internal exercises and fast walking for 12 weeks on the ankle joint proprioception of female college students,40 female college students were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(n=20)was trained by Shaolin internal skills,while the control group(n=20)was trained by brisk walking with step frequency of 120~150 steps/min,both exercise frequency of 30min/d,5d/w,for a total of 12w.Before and after the experiment,Average Trace Error(A.T.E.)and Average Force Variance(A.F.V.)were measured using a Pro-kin balance tester to evaluate the proprioception.The results show that compared with the situation before the experiment there were differences in A.T.E.and A.F.V.of female college students'feet after 12 weeks of doing Shaolin internal exercises and fast walkig(P<0.01).There was a difference in A.T.E.and A.F.V.of female college students'feet between doing Shaolin internal exercises and fast walking(P<0.01).The conclusion is that both doing Shaolin internal exercises and fast walking can improve the ankle joint proprioception of female college students and doing Shaolin internal exercises is better than fast walking.
