摘　　要：教育数字化对教师队伍建设提出了不同要求。数字时代背景下,数字化赋能高质量教师队伍建设面临着数字技术支撑乏力、组织制度保障欠佳、教师数字素养参差不齐等多重困局。文章研究表明,完善平台架构体系、健全组织管理体系、强化教师数字素养是数字化赋能高质量教师队伍建设困局的消解路径。The digitization of education poses different requirements for the construction of teacher teams.In the context of the digital age,the construction of high-quality teacher teams empowered by digitization faces multiple challenges,including inadequate support from digital technologies,suboptimal organizational and institutional guarantees,and uneven levels of teachers’digital literacy.The resolution paths to address these challenges involve improving platform architecture systems,enhancing organizational management systems,and strengthening teachers’digital literacy.
